AutoManageVM is a performance coaching platform designed for automotive sales professionals. The service provides personalized weekly coaching videos based on daily performance data entered by the user.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

AutoManageVM is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into AutoManageVM. Inaccurate or missing data may affect the quality of your coaching recommendations. Your data is for your benefit only and is not shared with your employer or any third party without your consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, and materials provided through AutoManageVM are the intellectual property of AutoManageVM and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

AutoManageVM provides coaching content for informational and improvement purposes only. We are not responsible for any employment decisions, performance outcomes, or financial results arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
